SIMPLE FRESH BREAKFAST
INGREDIENTS
1 Fresh zucchini chopped or shredded
Chopped flat leaf parsley
Chopped purple basil
fresh farm eggs
Green onions
Salt/Pepper
Beat the eggs in a bowl separately and add black pepper
Add the eggs to the frying pan and cook. You can pre cook the zucchini before hand so they are more tender or can add direct.
Add fresh basil and Flat leaf parsley and green onions. Allow eggs to cook and form at the bottom.
Cheese can be added if preferred. Fold over and continue to cook or leave as is.
If you folded your eggs then flip once for a more even cooking.
Add desired salt at the end
Plate and enjoy!
