mushroom and ham quiche
A quick and easy breakfast for your weekend mornings.
Ingredients
Pre made pie crust
8 fresh farm eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced ham
salt and pepper to taste
To start Sautee the ham and mushrooms. Once done set aside.
In a bowl add 1 tbsp of butter. Mix the egg, Salt , Pepper and milk then whisk until combined.
Then combine the mushroom and ham into the egg mix.
Lay the pie crust into a pie dish. Once set pour the mix into the pie crust.
Set oven for 375. Place baking dish into oven for 30 to 45 min. Check the Quiche with a knife. If it comes out clean you ready to go.
