Caprese salad

This salad screams summer. Fresh, vibrant and so simple to make.

All you need is Fresh farm picked tomatoes sliced.

Either fresh buffalo mozzarella or bocconcini medallions will work. Layer as in the picture.

Freshly picked basil. We used our own Genovese basil and purple basil. We recommend leaving leaves whole for presentation.

Sprinkle some kosher salt, and dried Italian oregano. Then drizzle liberally some good extra virgin olive oil.
